- •Patients between 18 and 65 years of age
- •Fresh Magerl Type A3.1.1 fracture
- •Fracture location: Th 11 – L 2
- •Posterior bisegmental stabilization
- •Informed consent
排除标准
- •Polytrauma (ISS > 16)
- •Multilevel spinal fractures
- •Pathological fractures
- •Osteoporosis (T-Score < - 2.5)
- •Impossibility of anterior operation
- •previous operation within the index level
- •systemically desease (HIV, AIDS, Tumor, M. Bechterew)
- •Existence of a serious language barrier
- •Expected lack of compliance
