•Regular bed rest of at least 6 hours at a time within a 24-hour period with the goal of sleep
•- Understanding of the German language
•- Written consent of the subjects according to international guidelines and local legislation.
•- One of the two conditions applies:
•> Presents in the practice for CheckUp 35
•> Presents in the practice due to sleep on and/or sleep through disturbances

•- Known breathing-related sleep disorder (apnea)
•- skin irritations, skin diseases or known skin allergies to EEG conductive gels or med. plasters
•- Active measuring or passive medical implants as well as portable medical devices; magnetizable metal in the brain/skull (to exclude possible interference with the EEG)
•- mental disorders or addictive diseases that prevent or significantly impede regular bed rest of at least 6 hours within a 24-hour period with the goal of sleep
•- Cognitive impairment that makes it impossible to operate the sensor device at home (assessment by physician or health care professional when introducing the sensor device)
•- Reluctance or inability to adhere to the requirements of the study protocol
