This study is to compare the effects of tele rehabilitation and conventional therapy on balance and postural instability among parkinson’s patients. 40 patients are grouped in 20 patients in each group and a 45 minutes session is planned for both groups. Both groups are made to do same exercises. This study is 5 months duration unified parkinson’s disease rating scale is used to record the primary outcome and berg balance scale is used to get the secondary outcomes both before and after the study. So the aim of the study is to compare the results we get from treating patients through tele rehabilitation where therapist is not physically present is to conventional therapy where the therapist is physically present.

- •Patients who are willing to take treatment through telerehabilitation and conventional therapy with helper.
排除标准
- •Patients involved in multiple therapies and Patients having multiple conditions along with parkinson’s disease.
