- •Surgery as primary definitive treatment modality

- •Double primaries
- •Uterine sarcomas
- •Patients receiving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy/radiotherapy
- •Previous h/o radiation to the pelvis
- •Secondary uterine cancers
- •Residual tumour
- •History of tubal ligation
