入选标准
- •Age> 18 years, sessile or flat adenomatous neoplasia > 20mm, signed informed consent
排除标准
- •coagulopathy (INR > 1.5, Thrombocyts < 100G/l)
- •VKA antagonists, DOAK, dual antiplatelet therapy that cannot be interrupted
- •severe comorbidity, life exspectancy < 6 months
- •ASA status > III
- •pregnancy and breastfeeding
- •severe fibrosis or submucosal invasion of adenoma / cancer
- •poor access to the lesion
