•All patients over 18 years of age who are capable of giving consent or patients >13 years of age who are incapable of giving consent, with the consent of their parents, who wish to present themselves and be treated for the diagnosed clinical picture of mild acne papulopustulosa.
•-The diagnosis has been present for > 6 months
•-The patient agrees not to treat the affected skin areas in any other way than the intended therapy / or to be treated elsewhere within the framework of the study externally

•-Patients under care or incapable of giving consent
•-The patient is younger than < 13 years
•-Difficulties in follow-up over the study period until the end of the 4-week follow-up period are foreseeable.
•-The patient is currently participating in a clinical trial for the same indication.
•-The patient smokes
•-The affected region was treated by a doctor/the patient himself/herself within 4 weeks before the start of the study
•- Women who are planning pregnancy
•- Hypersensitivity to the active substance adapalene
•- Cracked, abraded skin, acute dermatitis and eczema
•- Severe forms of acne vulgaris and secondary forms of acne
