- •Second degree perineal laceration

- •Episiotomy incisions extended by instrumental deliveries
- •Severe anemia
- •Diabetes in pregnancy
- •PROM or PPROM for more than 24 hours
- •Bacterial Vaginitis
- •3rd degree and 4th degree perineal tears
- •Bleeding disorders
