- •American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I â??II
- •Patient undergoing elective day care surgeries under spinal anaesthesia, of duration 60 minutes or less.
- •Patient written & informed consent
排除标准
- •Patient refusal for the procedure.
- •Allergic to amide local anaesthetic agents.
- •Any existing neurological disease
- •Spinal Deformities
- •Septicaemia
- •Severe hypertension
- •All general contraindications for spinal anaesthesia.
