- •aged 18 months to 6 years,
- •congenital heart disease,
- •all 4 upper anterior teeth fully erupted,
- •caries in dentine layer of at least 1 primary tooth and must involved upper anterior tooth,
- •parent consent
排除标准
- •severe heart defects,
- •unable to cooperate during examination,
- •recieved topical fluoride application within 3 months prior to examination,
