入选标准
- •1. Patient of either gender and age:1-17 years.
- •2. Patient with primary diagnosis for epilepsy {International Classification of Diseases, Ninth and Tenth Revisions (ICD-9 and ICD-10) codes}.
- •3. Patient with epilepsy with at least one prescription of an AED during the specified time period.
排除标准
- •1. Pediatric patient of age less than 12 months and more than 17 years.
- •2. Parents not willing to give written consent. 3. Patients with status epilepticus.
- •4. Seizures associated with paralytic stroke, trauma, malignancy.
- •5. Patients with uncertain diagnosis.
- •6. Children having pathological liver disease and renal disorder.
