- •1. Patients with known allergy to dexmedetomidine and magnesium sulphate
- •2. Patients with uncontrolled blood pressure
- •3. Patients with BMI >30 kg/m2
- •4. History of renal, hepatic, cardiovascular or neuromuscular disease
- •5. Pregnancy
