入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Presenile age group between 60 to 70 years.
- •2. Independent mobility( walks outdoors with no more support than a single point stick
- •3. No cognition impairment or attention deficit â?? scores > 20 on Mini Mental Status Examination
- •4. Willing to participate in 3 month intervention programme
- •5. Had a recent fall past 6 months
排除标准
- •1.CVA reported with in past 6 months ,( from medical history)
- •2.Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus with a history of hypoglycemic attack with fasting plasma glucose concentration of >200 mg/dl ( from medical history)
- •3.Complications of diabetic mellitus like retinopathy or neuropathy, ( low scores from Sensory Interaction in Balance scale)
- •4.Systolic BP >180 Hg or Diastolic pressure >110 Hg at rest.
- •5.Diagnosis of any heart disease,( from medical history)
- •6.Early or late stage of Alzemiers Disease
- •7.Dementia
- •8.Recent fractures with in past 6 months or healing fractures
- •9.Postural deformity like scoliosis, genu varus or genu vagum.
- •10.With hearing aids
- •11. cataract problems
- •12. any neurological defecit
