Along with Siddhar yoga Maruthuva muraigal

入选标准
- •Age : Between 18-16 years
- •Sex : Both male and female
- •Shoulder joint pain
- •Stiffness or heaviness of shoulder muscles
- •Idiopathic cause
- •History of diabetes mellitus
- •Patient who are willing for admission and stay in IPD or willing to attend OPD
- •Patient willing to sign informed consent document.
排除标准
- •Age : Below 18 years and above 60 years
- •Patient who face difficulties or hesitate to practice yoga are excluded.
- •Patient with uncontrolled hypertension
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Congenital anomalies
- •Patient with any other serious systemic illness 7.
