Baseline characteristic datas were no statistically significant difference between group. Both group showed statistically improvement of VAS, PRWE scores after intervention and 3 weeks post intervention but no statistically significant difference when compared between groups. Pinch strength also showed improvement at 3 weeks post intervention in both group.

入选标准

•1.Patient diagnosed with de quervain disease with tender point at 1st dorsal compartment area and positive finkelstein's test
•2. Duration of symptoms more than 3 months
•3. VAS 4-8
•4. Age more than 18

排除标准

•1. Contraindication for shockwave and ultrasound therapy
•2. history of steroid injection or surgical at wrist
•3. history of wrist-finger fracture
•4. rheumatological or neurological disease causing wrist pain
