入选标准
- •1) Patients satisfying the DSM-IV-TR along with Peterson criteria for MCI or NIAA criteria for early AD as assessed by the clinician
- •2) Patients with satisfying performance in the psychological tests (MMSE, RAVLT and other tests), administered and evaluated by psychologist.
- •3) Educated at least up to grade 10th grade
- •4) Age group of 55-85 years
- •5) Malayalam speaking
排除标准
- •Patients with metallic implants/pacemakers, neurosurgical history, neuropsychiatric symptoms, claustrophobia, substance abuse, medical conditions that contraindicate performance of MRI
- •Clinical dementia rating scale > 2.5
