- •1.Computer workers of both genders
- •2.Aged between 18 and 35 Years
- •3.Pain intensity of 3 on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale.
- •4.At least 4 hours a day in a sitting position work via computers.
- •5.Forward head posture.
- •6.Patient with jump sign positive indicative of Trapezius muscle tightness.
- •7.Unilateral Chronic trapezitis

- •1.Neurological Conditions related to Cervical region (Spinal cord injury, fibromyalgia, etc.)
- •2.Traumatic neck injury
- •3.Musculoskeletal Conditions (Cervical spine fracture, Upper limb fracture, Cervical Radiculopathy, Cervical Spondylosis, etc.)
- •4.Patients consuming painkillers or steroids.
- •5.Recent trauma to the cervical region.
- •6.Non-consent patients
- •7.Patients with bilateral chronic trapezitis
