- •Infants with acute illness or fever
- •Infants with contraindication to breastfeeding
- •Infants with known allergy to lignocaine or prilocaine
- •Infants who received any analgesic medication 24 hrs prior to vaccination
- •Infants with neurological or developmental disorders affecting pain response
