- •Age > 18 Years
- •ESKD and having undergone twice to thrice weekly hemodialysis for > 3 months
- •Adequate dialysis (spKt/V > 1.2 in patients thrice - weekly and spKt/V > 2.0 in patients twice weekly hemodialysis)
- •Serum phosphorus > 4.5 mg/d

- •Hospitalization within the past 4 weeks
- •Egg white allergy
- •Those who can not informed diet record
