•1 Age group between 18-60 years.
•2 Mild to moderate cases of Vitiligo.
•3 Patient suitable for virechana as per ayurveda texts
•4 Patients having positive wood lamp test
•5 Patients willing to participate in the above trial and given informed consent.

•1 Patients suffering from any acute disease/any infectious disease /chronic disease/ Like RA, SLE etc.
•2 Patients having lesion on lip , genitalia, palm and sole. Patients with complete depigmentation all over body.
•3 Any systemic disorder like cardiac, liver or other endocrinal disorders. Any otherskin disease in its association.
•4 All other hypopigmentation disorders
•5 Diseases must not be chronic more than 5 years
•6 Patients not suitable for virechana karma as per ayurvedic texts.
•7 Pregnancy and Lactation.
