入排标准
入选标准
- •Boxers performing at district level and above.
- •-Boxers practicing for more than 6 months, 3-4 times a week.
- •-Boxers between the age of 18-26 years.
- •-Boxers with Dominant upper limb of the boxer.
排除标准
- •Boxers with resting systolic BP exceeding 140 mmHg.
- •- Boxers with resting diastolic BP exceeding 90 mmHg.
- •- Boxers with any orthopedic, neurological or cardiovascular diseases.
- •- Boxers currently taking any medications or supplements (including hormonal contraceptives) or having a history of blood clotting.
- •- Boxers that reported smoking in last 6 months
