- •(3) There is no practice of fitness qigong and other regular physical exercises in daily life;
- •(4) Take the initiative to cooperate with the research and insist on completing the research:
- •(5) Sign an informed consent form.
排除标准
- •(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
- •(2) In the onset of spinal-related diseases;
- •(3) Those with fever or other systemic or local infections;
- •(4) Surgery within one year or pregnant women;
- •(5) Those with severe visual impairment or have heart, brain, lung diseases, tumors, bleeding tendencies, etc. with potential risks;
- •(6) Those who are unable to cooperate with the research or refuse to sign the informed consent form.
