入选标准
- •pain at medial calcaneal tuberosity, unilateral VAS more than 2
- •pain at the first step in the morning VAS more than 2
- •Age more than 18
排除标准
- •Musculoskeletal disorders such as Tendo Achilles (TA) rupture, ankle osteoarthritis, prior surgery or metal implant at lower back and lower limb, acute plantar fasciitis or having severe pain (P10) or unable to bear weight or positive result of Ottawa s rule, pain medication within 1 week prior to participation,
- •Red flags, precautions/contra-indications, and systemic diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disease, vascular disease or observable skin change, infected area, coagulation disorders, diabetes related, steroid (injection and oral), tattoo at lower limb
- •Other considerations for patient s safety and confounding factors such as nerve or neurologic impairments, pregnancy BMI more than 30, physical or mental disorders
