•Moderate TBI patients (defined as: GCS score: 9-12, History of post traumatic amnesia 1 day > to < 7days, LOC >30 minutes to <24 hours)
•Age between 18-65 yrs
•Males educated at least up to 10th standard
•Suffered TBI within last one month
•Willing to provide written informed consent to participate in study

•Have a mass lesion, cerebral infarct or other active CNS disease.
•Past/current history of seizure disorder .
•Presence of past (through history)/current (MINI) Axis I disorders including substance abuse/dependence (other than caffeine or nicotine).
•Receiving any psychotropic except anti-epileptics
•Patients receiving or received any surgical procedures on brain .
•Patients with implanted device or metal in the brain/head or cardiac pacemaker.
•Facial tattoos with metallic or magnetic-sensitive ink.
