- •Adult patients (18-65 years) undergoing living donor liver transplant in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •Paediatric patients.
- •Acute liver failure.
- •Patients with serum magnesium more than 2.2 mg/dl.
- •Patient with severe cardiac dysfunction. [EF <45%, with regional wall motion abnormalities, asymmetric septal hypertrophy (septal/free wall ratio >1:3), Atrial Fibrillation with rapid ventricular response ( >100 beats/min)].
