- •Venous leg ulcer, no necrotic tissue, wound area below 4x8 cm2
排除标准
- •- Unwillingness to study
- •- Clinical signs of infection
- •- Arterial insufficiency ( ABI < 0.7 or absolute ankle pressure < 70 mmHg )
- •- No clinical of peripheral arterial disease and acute DVT
- •- Hypersensitivity to any of the dressing components
- •- Unwillingness to use sanitary napkins
