- •Patients who are >18 years age with haemodynamic instability requiring vasopressor support to maintain MAP(Mean Arterial Pressure) of 65mmHg and being mechanically ventilated, not on spontaneous
- •respiration
排除标准
- •1. Patient/attendant refusal.
- •2. Pregnant patients.
- •3. Pre-existing impaired left ventricular function, myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia.
- •4. Fluid overload patients who are having bilateral crepts
- •5. Non mechanical ventilation
