Purpose of the study
The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of indoor and outdoor exercise regimens on key psychological and physical health outcomes specifically mental wellbeing exercise motivation motor coordination and overall quality of life in young healthy individuals. By examining differences between these two exercise environments the study aims to identify which setting is more beneficial in enhancing both psychological resilience and physical coordination as well as promoting sustained engagement in physical activity.
