- •2. GCS <13
排除标准
- •1. Polytrauma
- •2. Extradural hematoma
- •3. Known allergy to any of the study drugs
- •4. Pregnant patients
- •5. Hemodynamically unstable patients (Systolic Blood Pressure <90 mm Hg)
- •6. History of Uncontrolled Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease, Psychiatric Disorder, renal or hepatic dysfunction
- •7. Refusal to Consent
