- •The inclusion criteria were chronic obstructive pulmonary patients with
- •-age more than 40 years
- •-smoking history of more than 10 pack-years
- •-history of exacerbation at least one time in the previous year.
排除标准
- •Patients were excluded if they had
- •-history of exacerbation during the previous 6 weeks before the enrollment
- •- pneumonia or history of admission to the hospitals during the previous 3 months
- •- long-term oxygen therapy
- •- co-morbidities that limited their exercise tolerance
- •- a negative attitude toward the programme.
