入选标准
- •Selected individuals should have a clinical diagnosis of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke for more than 6 months; age over 18 years; unilateral involvement; active movement of at least 45 degrees of shoulder flexion and abduction; active movement of at least 20 degrees elbow extension and 10 degrees wrist extension; active movement of at least 10 degrees of abduction and thumb extension; be at least 10 degrees long on two fingers beyond the thumb; have a higher score to the cutoff point according to education in the Mini Mental State Examination
排除标准
- •Clinical diagnosis of nonischemic or hemorrhagic stroke associated with other neurological conditions for less than 6 months; age under 18 years; bilateral involvement; active movement below 45 degrees of shoulder flexion and abduction; active movement less than 20 degrees elbow extension and less than 10 degrees 12 wrist extension; active movement less than 10 degrees of abduction and extension of the thumb, and less than 10 degrees of extension in two fingers beyond the thumb; have a score lower than the cutoff point according to schooling in the Mini Mental State Examination
