- •2. Single intrauterine gestation.

- •1.Significant cardiovascular or hepatorenal diseases.
- •2.Altered mental status , deranged coagulation profile.
- •3.Patients receiving antiemetics 24 hours prior.
- •4.Contraindication to central neuraxial blockade.
- •5.Hypersensitivity to study drug
