入选标准

  • Medical student at Chiang Mai University
  • Smartwatch derived stress score 80 or more measured by Garmin Venu 3
  • Self reported stress rating 80 or more on a numerical rating scale of 0 to 100
  • Ability to provide electronic informed consent

排除标准

  • Inability to provide informed consent
  • Pre-existing neurological conditions including epilepsy, seizures, or other neurological disorders
  • Severe cardiovascular conditions such as arrhythmia, heart disease, or hypertension
  • Current or recent use of medications affecting heart rate or stress response such as beta blockers or antidepressants
  • Panic disorder or frequent uncontrolled panic attacks
  • Moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • Uncontrolled asthma, frequent exacerbations, or requirement for high dose corticosteroid treatment
  • History of recurrent hyperventilation syndrome
