入选标准
- •Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I& II,
- •Age group between 18 and 65 years,
- •Body Mass Index 25-30 kg/mt2,
- •Hemodynamically stable,
- •Unilateral mandibular angle fractures presenting with acute pain and trismus
排除标准
- •Contraindications to mandibular nerve block,
- •Requirement for rapid sequence induction,
- •Absent incisors,
- •end organ dysfunction,
- •Past history of limited mouth opening,
- •Pregnant patients,
- •known psychiatric disorders,
- •recent analgesic, sedative, or muscle relaxant consumption.
