Patients in whom similar disease (cancer, Sjogren's syndrome, primary sclerosing cholangitis, Castleman's disease, secondary retroperitoneal fibrosis, Wegener's granulomatosis, sarcoidosis, Churg-Strauss syndrome) cannot be ruled out. 2. Patients who be regarded as inadequate subjects by researchers.
