入选标准
- •Study participants + control group 1:
- •-Existing need for care (care degree I-V)
- •according to the clinical judgement of the attending physician/physician of the study team, current need for long-term care or expected need in the near future (Clinical Frailty Scale ==5)
- •- Positive/negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test, which must be available at the time of study inclusion (maximum backdated to 01.03.2020).
- •- Respiratory infection with neg. SARS-CoV-2 test
- •Control group 2:
- •-No existing need for care (care degree I-V)
- •according to the clinical judgement of the treating physician/physician of the study team, no need for long-term care to be expected in the near future (Clinical Frailty Scale <5) and
- •- Positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR test, which must be available at the time of study inclusion (at most until 01.03.2020).
- •- Signed informed consent from the study participant, their relatives or legal representative
- •- Sufficient knowledge of German to give consent / answer questionnaires or possibility of translation by an interpreter

- •- Refugees / asylum seekers (residents of a first reception centre)
- •- Insufficient knowledge of German to give consent / answer questionnaires
- •- Life expectancy < 6 months
- •- Age < 18 years
