入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with full term pregnancy posted for elective cesarean section.
- •Patients belonging to American society of anesthesiologists ASA grade I or II.
- •Patients with body mass index BMI between 18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2.
排除标准
- •Patients refusing consent for study.
- •Patients contraindicated for spinal anaesthesia.
- •Patients with known history of allergy to drugs used in study.
- •Patients who require an emergency cesarean section.
- •Patients in who there is more than expected blood loss during the surgery.
- •Coagulopathy
- •Patients with preexisting diseases
- •Spine deformities or history of laminectomy
- •Pregnancy induced hypertension
- •Patients with twin pregnancy
- •Signs of foetal distress
- •Any other obstetric complication
