入选标准
- •WHO group 1 pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) patients with
- •(1) naive to endothelin receptor blocker (ETRB) patients, or; (2) previous ETRB treatment interrupted >30 days
排除标准
- •Patients who cannot 6 minute walk test, contraindication to bosentan, significant arrhythmia impairing adequate ECG-gated cardiac CT imaging, contraindication to CT contrast dye, active malignancy, expected survival <1 year from any cause, failure to obtain informed consent
