- •1.Age =18 years and = 85 years
- •2.Suffered from one or more epileptic seizures (detected clinically and/ or by EEG)
- •3.Expected ICU stay > 48 hours
排除标准
- •1.Recent ACTH deficiency (pituitary surgery, pituitary stalk trauma)
- •2.Brain death or imminent death (within 24 hours)
- •3.Pregnancy or Nephrotic syndrome diagnosed patient
- •4.DNR (do not resuscitate) orders
