入选标准
- •1) age over 20 years below 45 years
- •2) Does not indulge in smoking, tea or coffee, has regular diet and a normal sleeping pattern.
- •3) right-handed.
- •4) Were informed of the purpose and process of this clinical trial and voluntarily consented to it
排除标准
- •1) Who has arrhythmia on EKG, or the pulse rate per minute is out of the range of 50-100
- •2) Who has a severe physical illness or medically unstable (Decided by the clinical trial conducter or medical expert.
- •3) Who has a congenital illness, psychological illness , central nervous problem , peripheral nervous problem, endocrinal illness, immunodisease, basal heart disease, liver disease, renal disease.
- •4) Who has a neurological illness such as head trauma or psychological history such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia.
- •5) Who has pace maker, stimulation brain devices, ventriculo-peritoneal shunt or artificial organ.
- •6) Who takes medicines that may affect the autonomic nervous system within one week before the enrollment in clinical trials.(example: opiates, stimulants, tricyclic antidepressants, benzodiazepines, and cardiac drugs such as beta-blockers, renin-angiotension-alcosternone system blockers such as angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibiotrs and angiotensin receptor blockers)
- •7)Who smokes, takes alcohol or caffeine contained products since at least 2 hours before the clinical trial.(example: Coffee, coffee milk, Black tea, Green tea, cocoa, coke, chocolate, caffeine contained energy drinks.
- •8)Who is pregnant or breast feeding
- •9)Who participated in other clinical study for the past one month or is participating in other clinical studies currently.
- •10) Who is difficult to participate in this study judged by investigator.
