- •Patients aged between 35 to 60 years.
- •Patients with well-controlled Type II Diabetes (HbA1C levels 6 â?? 7%)
- •Patients with Chronic periodontitis (Having minimum of 15 teeth, with bleeding on probing, Probing pocket depthï?³ 5mm, and Clinical attachment loss ï?³ 2mm and gingival recession).

- •Pregnant or lactating women.
- •Patients using antibiotics from past 6 months
- •Patients taking anti-inflammatory drugs.
- •Systemically comprised patients (Other than diabetes)
