•1.Male/Female aged > 18 years old
•2.Two or more keloids and hypertrophic scars
•3.Willingness to participate

排除标准

•1.Prior treatment with intralesional corticosteroid within 6 months
•2.Dermatitis, Psoriasis, infection and other skin lesions at the site of lesion
•3.On immunosuppressive drug
•4.Corticosteroid allergy
•5.Pregnancy and Lactation
