入选标准
- •Patients requiring a restoration of the dental arch with 2 missing teeth and 1 teeth with a need of crown therapy in a dental gap situation
排除标准
- •minors or persons incapable of contracting
- •pregnant women
- •alcohol or drug addicts
- •patients with an existing infection disease as hepatitis or AIDS
- •patients where an existing general disease means a contraindication for an implantation
- •patients with a severe diabetes
- •patients with a periodontally harmed abutment tooth (degree of tooth mobility > 1 and/or a pocket depth > 3.5)
- •patients with insufficient oral hygiene (PI > 1, BOP positive on more than 20% of all teeth)
- •patients requiring a vertical augmentation prior to the implantation
- •patients with an avital abutment tooth in the composite bridge
- •patients, who will not offer sufficient support after the end of the therapy (at least SDA concept; 10 occluding tooth pairs [1])
- •patients, who would be in a conflict of interests due to their participation in another study
- •patients, who did participate in another clinical study within one month prior to the beginning of the study.
