入选标准
- •age 18 to 90 years; admitted to the intensive care unit; under invasive mechanical ventilation for 24 hours or more; with mobility preserved prior to hospitalization.
排除标准
- •Neurological disease; neuromuscular disease; degenerative muscle disease; brain or spinal cord trauma; inability to communicate in Portuguese; severe cognitive impairment prior to admission to the ICU; unstable fractures; burns; injury requiring rest prescription; palliative care; amputation of lower members.
