入选标准
- •phosphate level above 6.51 mg/dL (age 2-5 years old); above 5.8 mg/dL (age 6-12 years old); or above 4.6 mg/dL (age 13-18 years old)
排除标准
- •1. currently on hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
- •2. estimated glomerular filtration rate less than 15 ml/min/1.73 m2
- •3. serum magnesium level above 2.5 mg/dL
- •4. allergic to magnesium supplementation
- •5. history of severe gastrointestinal disease
