入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Post stroke duration of at least 6 months to 6 years
- •2. First onset of unilateral supra-tentorial hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke (confirmed by computerized tomography)
- •3. Able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions, scoring at least 24 out of 30 on Mini Mental State Examination
- •4. Brunnstrom recovery stage beyond 3 for lower extremity.
排除标准
- •1.Neurological disease affecting balance other than stroke such as Parkinson’s disease and/or Vestibular lesion
- •2.History of diagnosed musculoskeletal disorders of the trunk and/or lower extremities affecting the motor performance such as fracture, osteoarthritis, ligament injury in lower limb.
- •3.Orthopaedic or Rheumatic conditions interfering with walking.
- •4.Severe cognitive difficulties (Scoring >1 in Orientation, Executive function, Inattention and Language components of the NIH stroke scale components for cognition.
- •5.Severe co-morbidities (severe psychiatric illness, hearing loss, vision loss.
