- •2) Patients with Stage-1 Hypertension(according to 2017ACC/AHA/AAPA/ABC/ACPM/AGS/APhA/ASH/ASPC/NMA/PCNA guidelines)
排除标准
- •1) Patients suffering from any major systemic disorder.
- •2) Patients who are not able to do yoga exercises or not cooperative.
