入选标准
- •Patients coming for the following elective unilateral arthroscopic knee surgeries: ACL repair, arthroscopic meniscectomy, synovectomy and biopsy
- •Belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification Class I and II
排除标准
- •Patient refuses for regional anaesthesia
- •Patient belongs ASA physical Status III and IV
- •Patient has a known allergy to local anaesthetics or opioids.
- •Patient has severe Cardiac illness (NYHA Class III and IV)
- •Patient has severe liver or kidney disease
- •Patient had any spine surgeries in the past 6 months
- •Patient has chronic pain requiring opioid use for more than 3 months
