- •Pregnant lady( aged 18- 55 years) in 1st trimester between (11th- 14th) wks of gestation with high risk of developing Preeclampsia:
- •. Women with H/O Preeclampsia.
- •. Women with chronic hypertension, renal disease
- •. Obesity:BMI >35kg/m², Insulin resistance
- •. Pregestational diabetes
- •. Autoimmune disease
- •. Hyperplacentosis:Molar pregnancy, multifetal gestation
- •. Able to provide written. Informed consent.
排除标准
- •. Allergy to salicylates
- •. Low cardiac reserve, CHF
- •. Acid peptic disease
- •. Bleeding diathesis
