入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria include the females undergraduate students age 18 years and above
- •from An-Najah National university and Palestine Technical University.
- •Inclusion criteria for phase 2 particularly: presence of PMS symptoms ( mild,
- •moderate or severe), with low score of depression, anxiety or stress according to the
- •DASS cut off points and scoring manual.
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria included the subjects with any of the followings
- •1. Irregular menses: menstrual cycle intervals (<24 or >35 days)
- •2. Allergy to aromatherapy
- •3. Starting hormone therapy or using medication that mataffect the treatment
- •4. Not using hormone medication for at least 2 months before
- •5. married
