- •Primary open angle glaucoma patients (POAG)
- •Primary angle closure glaucoma patients (PACG)
排除标准
- •(i)Extremes of ages (age less than 40 years and more than 65 years)
- •(ii) Eyes with ocular diseases other than cataract and/or POAG,PACG
- •(iii) Eyes that underwent cataract surgery (and implantation of an intraocular lens) within 6 months prior to aqueous humour collection (to exclude the effect of postoperative inï¬?ammation following cataract surgery)
- •(iv) Glaucoma due to secondary causes.
